Juicy chicken, a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach all tangled up with pasta. Weeknight comfort that tastes restaurant-level.
Some nights you want a dinner that feels like you tried, without actually trying. That is this ravioli skillet. It is creamy, a little tangy from sun-dried tomatoes, and packed with garlicky, Parmesan-salty comfort. Bonus: it is a one-pan situation, which means fewer dishes and more time to stand at the stove “just tasting the sauce” like that is a normal hobby.
We are using store-bought refrigerated cheese ravioli because I love ambitious cooking, but I also love eating before I turn into a hangry gremlin. This sauce comes together fast, clings to every ravioli ridge, and gets perked up with spinach so you can look your plate in the eye and say, “Yes, we did add a vegetable.”
