Weeknight-friendly slow cooker turkey chili with smoky spices, tender beans, and a quick lime finish. Dump, stir, and let it get cozy.
If your ideal dinner is cozy, fast, and aggressively tasty, this ground turkey chili is your move. It has all the things I want from a weeknight pot: a rich tomato base, smoky spices, tender beans, and just enough simmer time (about 15 to 20 minutes) to make it taste like you planned ahead.
Turkey chili can sometimes lean a little, well, lean. So we build flavor on purpose: we brown the turkey properly, bloom the spices in the pot’s hot fat and tomato paste, and finish with a squeeze of lime to brighten the whole pot. It is the difference between “healthy-ish chili” and “wait, why is this so good?”
