Creamy garlicky yogurt, tender eggs, and warm Aleppo-style butter over toast. Plus a milder family version for spice-sensitive eaters.
These Morning Eggs are my answer to the daily question: how do we make something that feels like a real breakfast without turning the kitchen into a crime scene?
We are going for soft and fluffy eggs with a few crisp edges, finished with a quick lemony herb butter that makes the whole thing taste like you tried harder than you did. The method is forgiving, the ingredients are normal, and the payoff is that pause mid-bite feeling where you go, “Okay, wow.”
