Juicy chicken, crisp-tender asparagus, and a creamy lemon Parmesan sauce made in one pan. Big flavor, low drama.
There are two kinds of asparagus: the kind that tastes like it gave up, and the kind that makes you stand at the stove stealing spears straight from the pan. This is the second kind.
This garlic lemon asparagus is my go-to when dinner needs a win but my energy is set to “bare minimum.” We hit a hot skillet, let the spears get those crisp, toasty edges, then finish with garlic, butter, lemon, and a little Parmesan. It is simple, loud with flavor, and still very much a weeknight move.
