A simple grilled asparagus recipe that nails crisp edges and bright flavor every time, finished with lemon, garlic, and optional Parmesan.
Roasted asparagus is one of those sides that looks like you tried harder than you did. It goes in the oven for a few minutes, comes out with crisp little edges and tender centers, and suddenly your random Tuesday dinner feels like it has its life together.
The only real “trick” is heat and space. High oven, preheated pan if you can swing it, and a single layer so the spears roast instead of steam. From there, we keep it friendly: olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon, and an optional (highly encouraged) snowfall of Parmesan.
